DTD Consultancy

SoftwareDTD TenderPilotAvailable · self-hosted

A workspace for the tenders you decide to pursue.

TenderPilot helps a small team decide which opportunities to chase and then run the bid: tasks, owners, a checklist and the documents, all against the deadline.

Who it is for

Bid managers and small teams at SMEs who respond to public and private tenders.

The problem

Bids are run from spreadsheets and inboxes, and the deadline or a missing document is noticed too late.

The outcome

Each bid you pursue has its tasks, owners, documents and deadline in one place, with a readiness checklist you can export.

What it does
  • Add a tender with its issuer, official link, sector and deadline
  • Decide to pursue or not, and record why
  • Tasks, owners and a bid checklist
  • Private bid documents in one place
  • Track status to submission and export the checklist

Self-hosted: it runs on your own Windows or Linux server (a Windows installer, or Docker on Linux), so your data never leaves your organisation. Every new installation includes a 30-day free trial; a DTD licence includes signed updates.

Your data

Your data stays on your server. DTD never receives it. The only thing your installation sends DTD is a check for updates, which carries its version number.

Tenders are added by you, with a link to the official notice. TenderPilot does not claim an automatic tender feed, an AI bid-writer or any government integration, and a person reviews everything before submission.

£199

Why it costs less

It runs on your server

Your data stays in your organisation, so our price carries no hosting bill of ours.

Flat prices, no per-user charges

Team plans are one price for the organisation. Adding a colleague costs nothing more within the plan.

Published, not “call for a quote”

Every plan price is published on our website. A 30-day free trial comes with every new installation.

Download

Get TenderPilot.

TenderPilot installs on your own Windows or Linux server, and your data never leaves it. Every new installation includes a 30-day free trial. Unzip it and follow README.txt. Check your download against the SHA-256 checksums.

Includes Ask, an assistant that runs the app’s own checks and reports on your records and explains them. It can use a free, open-source AI model on your own server (through Ollama), so nothing is sent to DTD or any AI company, and it still works without AI.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it available now?

Yes. Download TenderPilot below and install it on your own server; every new installation includes a 30-day free trial.

Where does it run, and where is our data?

On your own Windows or Linux server, or a Docker host. Your data stays there and DTD never receives it; the installation only checks DTD for updates, sending its version number.

How are updates handled?

A DTD licence key includes updates. The installation fetches signed updates and applies them overnight, keeping the previous version to fall back to.

What does it cost?

Team £59 a month (your bid team) or Bid+ £129 a month (team, plus a DTD bid review), per organisation, after a 30-day free trial. Or pay yearly and get two months free. All five self-hosted apps together (the DTD Suite) are Suite Team £199 a month (all five apps, Team plans), per organisation.

Does TenderPilot find tenders for me?

No. You add tenders yourself with a link to the official notice. If you would like help with the bid itself, our Bid Services practice can support you.
