Healthcare sourcing requests, tracked from need to shortlist.

HealthSupply is for clinics, care groups and other authorised buyers who need equipment or consumables sourced: describe the product, the quantity, the date it is needed and the standards it must meet, then follow the search.

Who it is for

Clinics, care groups and other organisations buying healthcare equipment and consumables.

The problem

Specialist or scarce items take many calls to track down, and the evidence behind each option is hard to keep together.

The outcome

Each request tracked from need to shortlist, with the evidence for every option and any open regulatory questions kept together.

What it does
  • Product requirement: manufacturer or model if known, quantity, needed-by date, delivery constraints and standards
  • Track the request through assessment, supplier search and options shared
  • Supplier and product evidence noted against each option
  • Open regulatory questions flagged, not glossed over
  • No patient information is ever collected

Self-hosted: it runs on your own Windows or Linux server (a Windows installer, or Docker on Linux), so your data never leaves your organisation. Every new installation includes a 30-day free trial; a DTD licence includes signed updates.

Your data

Your data stays on your server. DTD never receives it. The only thing your installation sends DTD is a check for updates, which carries its version number.

HealthSupply is sourcing assistance, not medical advice or an automatic judgement of whether a product is suitable. People make the decisions, and the appropriate MHRA and sector checks come before any regulated product is bought.

Download

Get HealthSupply.

HealthSupply installs on your own Windows or Linux server, and your data never leaves it. Every new installation includes a 30-day free trial. Unzip it and follow README.txt. Check your download against the SHA-256 checksums.

Includes Ask, an assistant that runs the app’s own checks and reports on your records and explains them. It can use a free, open-source AI model on your own server (through Ollama), so nothing is sent to DTD or any AI company, and it still works without AI.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it available now?

Yes. Download HealthSupply below and install it on your own server; every new installation includes a 30-day free trial.

Where does it run, and where is our data?

On your own Windows or Linux server, or a Docker host. Your data stays there and DTD never receives it; the installation only checks DTD for updates, sending its version number.

How are updates handled?

A DTD licence key includes updates. The installation fetches signed updates and applies them overnight, keeping the previous version to fall back to.

What does it cost?

Single site £79 a month (one clinic, practice or home) or Group £199 a month (up to 10 sites), per organisation, after a 30-day free trial. Or pay yearly and get two months free. All five self-hosted apps together (the DTD Suite) are Suite Team £199 a month (all five apps, Team plans), per organisation.

Does it hold patient information?

No. HealthSupply never asks for patient-identifiable or clinical data, and it is not medical advice.
