Buy through tenders. Win them. One app.

TenderLoop has two sides. Buy turns a request into a ready-to-send RFQ, RFP or tender, sends it to suppliers by email and carries it through responses, scoring and award. Sell finds the public tenders that fit your business and helps your team write, price and submit the bid. It runs on your own server.

Who it is for

Organisations that buy through quotes and tenders, businesses that bid for contracts, and the many SMEs that do both.

The problem

Quotes and tenders are run from email, spreadsheets and Word templates: replies go missing, scores are hard to defend, and bid deadlines and pricing errors are noticed too late.

The outcome

Every RFx and every bid in one place, with a clear status, a locked decision record, and pricing worked out the same way every time.

What it does
  • Buy: a request becomes a drafted RFQ, RFP or tender, approved in line with your own spending policy before it is sent
  • Suppliers receive it by email with a response workbook; replies are read from your own mailbox (Microsoft 365 or IMAP) and filed against the right RFx
  • Sealed responses stay closed until the closing time; receipts, clarification questions and reminders are handled for you
  • Side-by-side comparison, blind scoring by an evaluation panel, moderation with reasons, and a price score worked out the same way every time
  • Selection approval, award and regret letters, and a contract drawn from a plain-English template or your own
  • Find suppliers from public contract award notices, Companies House (with your own free key) and your own history
  • Sell: opportunities from public tender notices, matched to your business, and invitations you receive by email imported exactly as sent
  • A tender pane with every document, then a bid workspace: questions, owners, a pricing sheet that recalculates as you type, sign-off and submission
  • An optional local AI assistant that suggests answers from your own content; a person always decides
  • Home, calendar, contracts and insights across both sides, and a demo organisation to try it with sample data

Self-hosted: it runs on your own Windows or Linux server (a Windows installer, or Docker on Linux), so your data never leaves your organisation. Every new installation includes a 30-day free trial; a DTD licence includes signed updates.

Your data

Your data stays on your server. DTD never receives it. The only thing your installation sends DTD is a check for updates, which carries its version number.

TenderLoop runs your process; it does not make the decision. A person approves, scores, selects and signs off. Contract and letter templates are plain-English starting points, not legal advice, so have them reviewed by your own adviser. AI suggestions are optional and are never sent without a person checking them.

  • 30-day free trial on every new installation

After your trial: ask for a licence key, monthly or yearly. Yearly is two months free.

£89

a month for TenderLoop Team: run your own RFx from request to award, and bid for the tenders you want to win, in one app with one licence and no per-user charges.

£199

a month for all four self-hosted apps (TenderLoop, Supplier Passport, HealthSupply and CorporateHub) on Team plans: £67 less than the £266 they cost separately.

Why it costs less

It runs on your server

Your RFx, supplier responses and bid content stay in your organisation, so our price carries no hosting bill of ours.

Two jobs, one app

Buying through tenders and bidding for them share one installation, one supplier directory and one licence.

Less than two apps

One flat price for buying and bidding together, less than two separate tools, with no per-user charges within the plan. A 30-day free trial comes with every new installation.

Download

Get TenderLoop.

TenderLoop installs on your own computer or server, and your data never leaves it. Every new installation includes a 30-day free trial. On one computer? Download the Windows app: it installs like any Windows program (no administrator rights needed), opens in its own window from the Start menu and desktop, and keeps your data on that computer. It can also connect to your organisation’s own server instead. For a team server, download the Windows server, Linux or Docker package: unzip it and follow README.txt. Check your download against the SHA-256 checksums.

Includes Ask, an assistant that runs the app’s own checks and reports on your records and explains them. It can use a free, open-source AI model on your own server (through Ollama), so nothing is sent to DTD or any AI company, and it still works without AI.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it available now?

Yes. Download TenderLoop below and install it on your own server; every new installation includes a 30-day free trial.

Where does it run, and where is our data?

On your own Windows or Linux server, or a Docker host. Your data stays there and DTD never receives it; the installation only checks DTD for updates, sending its version number.

How are updates handled?

A DTD licence key includes updates. The installation fetches signed updates and applies them overnight, keeping the previous version to fall back to.

What does it cost?

Team £89 a month (up to 10 users) or Business £179 a month (up to 50 users), per organisation, after a 30-day free trial. Or pay yearly and get two months free. All four self-hosted apps together (the DTD Suite) are Suite Team £199 a month (all four apps, Team plans), per organisation.

What happened to SourceDesk and TenderPilot?

TenderLoop replaces both: buying (SourceDesk) and bidding (TenderPilot) are now the two sides of one app. Existing installations keep receiving their updates.

Do suppliers need an account?

No. Suppliers receive your RFx by email and reply by email with the response workbook. Nothing about them is sent to DTD.
