We are a London consultancy advising organisations on health, procurement, corporate services, sourcing and bids. When a service, a supplier or a material is difficult to find, we work out what will solve the problem, find it, and check that the supplier can be relied on.
What we are about. We start with the problem, not the product: what is needed, by when, and why it has been hard to get. We set out the options, costs and risks plainly, and stay with it until it is delivered.
